The AC-2200 Reader (Access Control – 2200) is a premium reader designed and engineered by Virdi to provide the ultimate solution for access control to today’s high-end facilities and environments. The high-end 7.5 cm (1.77″) Color high quality LCD display with finger creation facility along with High Definition quality embedded camera in the reader stores finger print data of up to 10,000 users along with 100,000 event logs in its 32MB memory. The weatherproof IP65 rated casing of AC-2200 can be surface mounted outdoors, which means it can withstand harsh weather and dusty environments, to operate without any problem. It is also fully compatible with control systems for access control, thanks to its OSDP (Open Supervised Device Protocol) compliance. This makes the outdoor fingerprint and card reader ideal for facilities where people holding a fingerprint and card will require access, such as secure office buildings and facilities.
